LIVING WITHOUT YOU...



I keep looking in all the places,

Where you are supposed to be.

But I never seem to find you,

And you're all I long to see.



I just can't seem to understand,

What it was that changed your mind.

All this time I thought I knew you,

Whe really, I was blind.



But know that I do not hate you,

And i know I never will.

Because I cared about you then,

And I care about you still.



Even thoguh you hurt me,

I can't seem to let you go.

But I will go on without you,

And I want to make sure you know.



It will take some time to mend,

The damage that you've done.

But broken hearts do heal,

That's where strength comes from.



For now the tears may be falling,

And my thoughts keep circling to you.

But soon, things will get better,

If you have hope, then they always do.



MY BRILLIANT FRIEND...



My dearest friend, you've left me,

Standing all alone.

My body's numb with sorrow,

I don't know my way home.



I'm lost, depressed, and frightened,

Foe your not here with me.

And somewhere deep inside my heart,

My friend you'll always be.



I know you couldn't help it,

And you didn't want to go.

But nonetheless you left me,

Satanding all alone.



Although I have my parents,

And other friends so close.

I don't know why it is,

But I love you, firend, the most.



Your kindness unto others,

Has wahsed up onto me.

You helped when times were tough,

And you helped to make me see.



You have been so good to me,

And as I let you go.

I know you were a true friend,

And for that I love you so.



For as long as I can recognize,

You've helped me to be strong.

And given me the courage and faith,

To keep on moving on.



So with my sad and heavy heart,

This part comes to an end.

But I will not say good-bye,

You'll always be my friend.
