Depo Provera?
Is there a way I can get it in Canada without my mom knowing?

hmm do you have a family clinic or something like planned parenthood? im sorry im not much help....i dont know what you guys have in canada but i wanted to respond so you at least know i thought about it!!!

Rosa how old are you? because if you're still a teenager they most likely won't put you on Depo Provera. they will try and get you on birtch control pills. Depo Provera stops your period and when you're still a teenager that's not good for you. The most likely only way they will allow you to go on it is if your periods are horrible, and you start on birtch control pills and they don't work...But you can go talk to your doctor about it because they have a confidentiality policy, then go to a free clinic or Planned Parenthood type of place and consult with them. first of all, why r u trying to go to canada??? second, if your a minor (and im assuming you are...) then your mom can report you as a run-away and then the police would be looking for you. Pluse, its pretty dangerous to try to travle alone like that. so is there a really good reason that you need to go to canada??? because i would suggest almost anything other than running away.

Hehe, Andi, Read her post again (and the message title!) Shes not trying run away to Canada, She LIVES in Canada, and she wants the birth control "depo provera" without her mum's knowledge!!!
