Why do we not have a spot in the profile for NAME?! Did nobody ever think of this? NAME....

Because... then we'd have to really get into detail and that's just going far off with what we also have. Besides, some don't like giving that info out because it's one private thing.

I see why a person would want to have NAME in the profile, but I also see why we shouldn't. It might confuse people into thinking that they HAVE to write their name in their profile...
especially since we are mostly teens here, and lots of newcomers are too, they might assume the wrong things and won't think about their privacy and safety. And they might post their name, either part of it, or all of it, in the NAME box.
Which is why I think it might be better to keep the profile the way it is.

hmm...i think that our whole gathering thing is actually quite big enough w/ post count, gender, status, and warn level...i dunno..
I think nick name is fine...i mean people know people by names if they are here for a while anyway...

Yes, it could be added easily, but I thought the point of this site was anonymity for those who wish to recieve help and only if they wish to reveal themselves will their identity be known. Just some conflicting interests I picked up on there.
