My Hair - Blue?

Post by Shortie »

Okie.

So my hair os light brown/dark blond.

It's also curly.

(See avatar)

I want to put some bright blue in my hair.

Not dye the whole thing just a few strands here and there.

My mom found some stuff that washed out in 20 washes.

I'm thinking of doing that.

What do you think?

I'm a poor wayfaring stranger

While traveling thru this world of woe

Yet there's no sickness, toil, or danger

In that bright world to which I go

I'm going there to see my Father

I'm going there no more to roam

I'm only going over Jordan

I'm only going over home

I know dark clouds will hang 'round me,

I know my way is rough and steep

Yet beauteous fields lie just before me

Where God's redeemed their virgils keep

I'm going there to see my mother

She said she'd meet me when I come

I'm only going over Jordan

I'm only going over home

UGgg...

So my hair has been every color in the rainbow.

I REALLY don't reccomend blue. It looks like shit after the first wash. Sometimes, even before that. It turns this UGLY green.....yeah, stick with a red. The red molecules are smaller and therefore stay brighter longer.

And, if you put it in your hair now..it won't even like..turn out blue. It'll look like shit. If you're going to dye it, bleach it first.

Cheers,

my sisters hair was blue for awhile..she hated it cuz it was gross looking. (idk i never saw it she is away at college) But I agree, red would be better.

My friend dyed her hair with that wash out stuff and her hair still hasn't fully washed out in certain spots (it has been a year or so). Also her hair would constantly bleed in the pool so make sure you don't go swimming. Also her hair can't dye a new color because the "washout" after 20 washes or whatever didn't wash out and nothing can dye over it. We tried bleaching her hair but it just won't go away. I am sure not everyone is like this but I am just saying.

If you want to know different colors you might want to try and buy some of that spray in stuff. It will act like hair spray so you couldn't wear it anywhere because it wouldn't look that great but it would be good at seeing which color looks best. Each spray can is like a couple dollars so if you want to see pink and blue it wouldn't cost that much and it might save you money if you were to buy a color of the wash out stuff you didn't like.
You called yesterday to basically say

That you care for me but that you're just not in love

Immediately I pretended to be feeling similarly

And led you to believe I was O.K.

To just walk away from the one thing

That's unyielding and sacred to me

Well I guess I'm trying to be nonchalant about it

And I'm going to extremes to prove I'm fine without you

But in reality I'm slowly losing my my mind

Underneath the guise of a smile gradually I'm dying inside

Friends ask me how I feel and I lie convincingly

'Cause I don't want to reveal the fact that I'm suffering

So I wear my disguise 'til I go home at night

And turn down all the lights and then break down and cry

So what do you do when somebody you're devoted to

Suddenly just stops loving you and it seems they haven't got a clue

Of the pain that rejection is putting you through

Do you cling to your pride and sing "I will survive"

Do you lash out and say "How dare you leave this way"

Do you hold on in vain as they just slip away
