I got Adam's permission to repost a new topic about this because the last one strayed and he closed it at my request.
Jenna and I have started another teen site, http://teenspeak.net/forum and we are hoping to enlist the help of some people who want to write articles and maybe mod, though we're pretty full on mods already. We'd also be glad to have you there as a member, too.

Surprisingly, Chris, a lot of people REALLY like it. But I agree, it needs to be toned down a bit. We found another one that's GREAT but has some problems with it that we'd need to fix first. It keeps the same general color scheme but is MUCH easier on the eyes.

I hate to say this but honestly - don't we have enough of these 'Teen Help' (no relation, I swear) sites?
We have TeenHelp, HelpingTeens, TrappedMinds, and others. Maybe it's just me (it probably is), but when are there too many Teen sites?

my question is, if all these forums basically discus the same topics, give the same support, and are run by practically the same people,, why do we need so many?

People like diffrent sites, becuase theres diffrent people. Anyway, i LOVE the layout for Teenspeak. I think its better then any other layout for a TH website ((teen help as in teens, not the wesbite)) anyway, its a wonderful site, i adore it.

Some people dont like the way this site is being ran. (or TH for that matter) And others just like to have variety. I personally just like posting at various sites that way when one site is down or a little dead at the moment then Ill have someone else to help out. (i must not think ive got enough to do already
