Staying Sane
I want to recommend a certain book to everyone here at teenhelp. I really advice you read, "Staying Sane" by, "Raj Persaud." It's a book designed to help us deal with our problems in life by ourselves. There is emphasis on the "staying" sane so it might not be as much help to those who are already seeing a pschiatrist but it's still well worth a read. It's also very interesting, everyone owes it to themselves to read this book as it will help you a great deal with all manner of problems and the way you deal with them.

That bastard!! I HATE Raj Persaud with a VENEGENCE. He was at the OCD conference last year and spent the WHOLE of the 30 minutes of his time which he'd kindly donated to us to tell jokes about OCD!!

Looking down into oblivion and voidness.
The ground far, far away as it seems from here, but in reality only a couple of seconds away.
Standing there.
Feeling eternity in a restricted world.
Feeling a decision in a prefabricated existence.

Re: Staying Sane
Well I think it's a good book and he is pretty interesting on television. I don't know why you all dislike the man but I still think you would benefit from reading it. I agree that he could seem a little insensitive at times, he has been known to joke about some subjects where he maybe shouldn't.
He is an English psychiatrist who appears on television quite often. Look for his book on Amazon to find out who he is.
