lol went to my d.e.p. meeting physical training kicked my bum today, even worse than last meeting.
for those of you who dont know or for those of you who care i ship to basic training May 26 EEK!
i am almost there on my training but i need a bit more!
i am excited and scared, mostly for my family.
but yeah we ran we did pushups and situps and other PT stuff... and we talked i knew all of the vocabulary words from my study book they asked... i need to learn the rest of the creed i have about half of it down, i can get through most of he general orders but i keep dropping words so i need to study that some more... yay NAVY!!!

Wow, that sounds incredibly intense! I have so much admiration for people that consider joining the army/navy/etc - I know I could never do it!

You just made my husbands day. Even though he is no longer a marine as of the 15th of March, he is very proud of every service member. As am I!

oh man i just wanted to say just how much i love my new signature, the ticker is great but i love the posters! the "Gee I wish..." one is great made me laugh and was all like man i neeeed that

yep went to dep last night, both of my recruiters were out one gettting married one with family emergency, we had fillins from te reserve station, one of which i met before when we went down there to get married. hes pretty funny told us some funny stories about Sailor week or whatever its called up in new york... um worked out, even though it was really fricken cold, atleast it wasnt raining, my inner ear started to hurt really bad due to the cold, yep fun times. i knew all of the vocab except one which i shouldve known silly me...
um what else. i think i am getting stronger, getting closer to being able to do the pushups, my little sister gave me her resistance bands because she will be going to boot camp the 20th (she joined the army) but im not sure how long shell be there as shes been doing some risky stuff stupid her.

just posting to say how very disappointed i am in some people, yeah thats it i am done, pretty much... cant actually believe that what i am typing is coming out but i could have swore we moved past that part of what was called a friendship, but i guess we havent. thats ok though no real loss to me,
