Hi,

Im a 13 year old girl and i have found out that i am a lesbian but about two months after that I found out that i was apparently still/also attracted to boys so i now comsider myself bi.

Once i had that in mind i told my dad and my brother and they were both very accepting it helped my cousin just came out as a gay. Everytime i hang out with my friends i feel like im living a lie because they do not know. And they all talk about boys and it makes me feel bad that they do not know. But im scared if i tell them that they will treat me differently as if i liked them but i dont only as friends and this makes me very akward around them and i think theve noticed some thing,

what should i do????

I was constantly terrified when I younger about telling my friends that I was Bi again I was afraid that they would treat or look at me differently, in the end I did tell them only 1 person I found it was awkward with but the others welcomed me with open arms. It did help that two of my friends were bi but it was still difficult so I know how you feel, in the end (I know this sounds cliched) If their truly your friends they'll find a way to handle it, your still you and it's not like you've done anything wrong, this is who you are. I would tell them, your true friends will love you no matter who you love <img src='http://www.helpingteens.org/groups/publ ... /smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
