Without getting into the ins and outs of things, this is my reply to the original question:



This is my view on the situation:



Its important to have personal/individual beliefs, but those beliefs need to be accepted and respected by each partner in a relationship. If you are going to talk about/debate/air those beliefs, it needs to be two sided, and done with respect for each other.



I would talk to him and tell him exactly how you feel, and what you told us here. Maybe reflect on what I said and use that if you feel it is appropriate/helpful.
