I say no... I mean its pretty damn close, and some people consider a bigger step than sex (intercourse)... but I think of it as just foreplay..

Actually, virginity is a very lose term, refering only to doing something you've never done before. People just tend to associate it with sex.

Oral sex is not considered to be sex. You can be a virgin and have oral sex (thus remaining a vigin) although obviously you will be sexually active.
Actual penetrative sex is the only way to technically lose your viginity.
