As it said in the announcement, the staff level forums were not setup at the time because I had just finished converting the support groups in an all night, no sleep, insomniatic blur and I decided to put the rest off until I got sleep. All of the forums now have proper permissions setup and you should not have any more issues. If you have issues, though, please continue to report them.
