"noooooo" is not ok. it is spamming. rule 13. i should know lol. I got kicked so many times for that. And no rast, you can't bend the rules if you suck up. I'm close with one of the ops and when i spammed, he kicked me anyways. so, no.

As far as I can tell, none of thoses are weird rules. It depends on how nooooooo! is used. if it sjust noooooo! like more then once, its spamming. as for the PM thing, its because to many people that aren't mentors like to give advice, and sometimes their advice is VERY bad. We've caught a few people saying things just off the walls, luckly enough we've corrected the damange. ahh I'm talking like i'm still an admin *sighs*



Anyways, if you don't like the rules, then don't go near the place. Their not hard to remember, hell I don't even read them 99% of the time, I just use common sence (which most people lack). Its not that hard.

This is to prevent bad or wrong advice given

i use to have problems with this rule also until i got advice from someone who wasnt on staff. a person who was given permission(application wasnt accepted). i was given some very wrond advice. you are able to give advice on the boareds wether mod or not because it can be edited. but what is said to someone in the chat room PM cant be, every rule has a purpose. including watching how u talk here.
