I noticed in the depression forum someone had asked what the symptoms of depression are. In the self harm forum there are loads of pinned topics with basic advice and useful sites and support groups...



Shouldn't we have some stuff like this for depression, like the basic symptoms, what to do if you have it, support groups...? Just a thought.

It's not an attack on you Heart!! You aren't the only mod in there and there are hundreds of users on the site who could have routed out something like this before now.



I should have done something like that.. anybody should have done something like that. It's a good idea, and now it's been done.
