Please look at the helplines on the front page.. write a few down just in case this happens again. I'm sure the admin will work their hardest to prevent it from happening, but as with anything in computers.. nothing is 100% certain.
Note down some peoples AIM names so you can speak to them, or email addresses. Just anything which you could contact somebody through if this ever happens again.
