I'd say my appearance, maybe, or my ability to talk to other people. If I don't feel like I've sounded as funny or as intelligent as I could, I can get a bit down on myself. I'm trying to change that though, being pro-active for once

My self esteem often isn't low due to appearances. It's sort of complicated. I suppose I sort of yell at myself for realizing when I have a problem (like the current: initiating conversation to get to know someone) and knowing how to fix it, but just letting it go because I'm not gutsy enough. I don't know if that's more self-confidence than self-esteem, but they sorta go together.

My low self-esteem is because I have no confidence in any way. Alot of it is because of my appearance, but it's in other areas too; school, sports, everything. I guess I don't really have a low self-esteeem persay, I have NO self esteem. That's probably a better way to put it.

I don't really have self-esteem issues. But I wish I could be more outgoing at times, and WANT to meet new people. I also wish I WANTED to be more social... and have fun when I am. But I'm just getting over it.

i dont give a damn what people think about me, lol idk even if i do feel insecure sometime i dont show it, i just say fuck it and eventually it get better, people view u based on ur outside appearance so if u act confident they'll see u this way, that's what i think

i used to worry about everything: my personality...was i funny enough? sweet enough? nice enough? my looks and wat people thought of me.

But now, fuck it...if people don't like me for who I am...then why do I need or want to know them? thats what I say. Though it really used to bother me.

i've never really learned how to interact with people, i mean once i meet them i'm fine but i can't do introductions, they scare me. as a result of this i feel empty inside, i've never been able to hold onto friends, i make friends very easily but they're all superficial, no one i would consider a true friend, i feel empty and all i want is a true friend that i can just chill with. the person i've conected with the best lives in michigan, i've seen her once and it was almost a year ago, no one near me seems to be interested
